friends want some personal trainer help and im gonna need some suggestions
Im sure some of you know im the poor guy here. Im in college and work part time for minimum wage. My friends know this and see my results so they asked for my help and said they would pay me. I might not be the biggest or the most leanest guy ever but people see where I came from and it's mostly came from research, hardwork, and dedication. So two of my friends asked me the other day if I could make a nutritional plan and a good routine for them. Ive always done this for myself in my head, just never typed this stuff out. I asked them if they were looking to gain mass or cut and got the typical "I wanna get big and ripped" so I guess I will start them off eating really clean with 6 meals a day mabe start out at 3,000 calories a day and do 5 day a week routine with 45 min sessions mabe push it up to 1-1.5 hr since I will be working with 2 people and will have to explain things. Im also gonna push them to get rid of the bad habbits such as smoking, fast food, empty calories from soda and alcohol and drop there sodium intake and increase there water and protein intake and completely drop their carbs after 6pm. I don't know what to charge them but I know if I don't charge them enough then they won't put the effort in but at the same time I don't wanna charge them too much since I don't have a personal trainers certificate yet. Its something Im working on. These guys have absolutely no idea how muscle is built, how to loose body fat, or what to do in the gym and I really think I could help them out and it would help me too. Any suggestions would be appriciated.

Chaz32621How is this going for you?? Ive also had a lot of people ask me but I always looked at it, as then I wouldnt have time for myself to train and work hard. Im also a full time student and I work part time making 12 dollars not bad but not the greatest I work for a bunch of egotistic fat bitches.
These guys were going to the gym 5 days a week when I typed this then it fell off real fast. They started only showing up 2 days a week maybe 3 if I was lucky then they never came back and had nothing but excuses. I ran into one of them at wal mart and he said he wanted to work out with me and would meet me up their at 10 and again never showed up. I gave up on them. Most people don't stay committed.
Chaz32621Uhhh ha!! Yup I understand you spend all that time helping them when they cant even help themselves. I have one friends who been just as comiited as I have. And is very happy with his results however I told him how to eat and if he wanted to work out that I would be at the gym everynight but sundays at 7. He stuck with it the last year and went from 245 pounds and 26 percent bodyfat to 180 at 10 percent. We both have had some amazing transformstions as I started a year before him, and went from 340lb and 32 percent body fat down to 230 and 14 percent bodyfat. Me and him are best of friends now its time for him to train hard and cycle once hes closer to my age. Its all about dedication, motivation and stay committed and focused.
NicoTheFrenchdepending on how legit your plan looks, id say 100 for the both routine and meal plan, even throw some supps on the list give them more bang for there buck.
$100 for each person for both routine and nutrition plan? The supps list would be good too, I over looked that. I would keep the supps at the minimum with whey protein, and a multi vitamin.
NicoTheFrenchlol once they get alittle time in introduced them to jacked 3d/ or a pre sup and watch them fall in love with the gym hahaha
NicoTheFrenchyeah per person...you could do it in steps too first 2 months this program then the folling 3 months this program, break em in first then something mor challenging..like this their forced to follow your program or else it 100 down the drain.
Ya, I figured I would take it up a notch after a couple monthe and start showing them how to change up the excersizes a bit with hand positions such as overhand, underhand, close grip, wide grip, and start showing them supersets, and 21s and so on. I want to keep it somewhat simple because I know they are out of shape and havn't really been in a gym much at all. I did get one of them to come up to the gym with me for 3 days and he would show up in jeens and work boots and was done after 2 reps on the first set and wanted to move to something els. I tried to keep tellin him to use less weight and do 3-4 sets and 10-12 reps. I started out like that too and I wish I had someone to teach me the rite way from day one. I just had people tell me I was dumb but wouldnt explain to me what I was doing wrong when I first started working out, but I was dedicated and eventually picked it up and learned the rite way to do things and get real results.
NicoTheFrenchas much as i hate doin it, i just tell noobs to go read the muslce mags and follow the rountnes and advice. i stop givin full detail advice along time ago just cause people would take it in and never use my advice, and just continue to do the same ol same ol
I know exactly what you mean. lol
