Help! File too big when uploading pics???

I posted a pic of some USP tren ace I got from GG and the first pics I uploaded were taken from my 3yr old phone but uploaded fine but are really blurry. I charged up my brand new digital camera so I could get better quality pics but I when I try to upload them it says the file is too big and exceeds the 4MB max. I tried taking 10 different pics and none will upload. What do I need to do?

Try emailing the picture to yourself.
right mouse click on the picture.
choose "send to > mail recipient"
Windows will ask you if you want to make your pictures smaller.
Frankieif you running on windows OS open the picture in windows paint and click resize in the top left coner
you will see two boxes say 100/100
replace with 50/50 and it will cut the size of the immage right down to way below the max upload size here
K, I tried resizing the pics on the digital camera and I had a few choices L, M, S, 640. So I went down one size and now I get this message when trying to upload them "An unrecoverable error occurred. This form was missing from the server cache. Try reloading the page and submitting again." I refreshed the page and tried it a few times but keep getting this message.
open the pic on ur comp and then do a screenshot (F13 on most keyboards) then post the screenshot will be a shit load smaller in size. Make sure you've closed all the 'other' pics first tho.... or not...
Ive always wondered how to do a screenshot but I don't have an f13 key on my laptop. Im trying a resize on my camera itself rite now.

Or you can open pic with paint program on your pc and jus resize and save
Lowering the resolution will decrease the file size.
I tried lowering the quality from fine to normal too but that wont work either. I still get this message "An unrecoverable error occurred. This form was missing from the server cache. Try reloading the page and submitting again." I give up for now, I might try again tomarrow.
I don't know bro, try resizing the pic on your pc like the others said.
