friends want some personal trainer help and im gonna need some suggestions

ad

Im sure some of you know im the poor guy here. Im in college and work part time for minimum wage. My friends know this and see my results so they asked for my help and said they would pay me. I might not be the biggest or the most leanest guy ever but people see where I came from and it's mostly came from research, hardwork, and dedication. So two of my friends asked me the other day if I could make a nutritional plan and a good routine for them. Ive always done this for myself in my head, just never typed this stuff out. I asked them if they were looking to gain mass or cut and got the typical "I wanna get big and ripped" so I guess I will start them off eating really clean with 6 meals a day mabe start out at 3,000 calories a day and do 5 day a week routine with 45 min sessions mabe push it up to 1-1.5 hr since I will be working with 2 people and will have to explain things. Im also gonna push them to get rid of the bad habbits such as smoking, fast food, empty calories from soda and alcohol and drop there sodium intake and increase there water and protein intake and completely drop their carbs after 6pm. I don't know what to charge them but I know if I don't charge them enough then they won't put the effort in but at the same time I don't wanna charge them too much since I don't have a personal trainers certificate yet. Its something Im working on. These guys have absolutely no idea how muscle is built, how to loose body fat, or what to do in the gym and I really think I could help them out and it would help me too. Any suggestions would be appriciated.

These guys were going to the gym 5 days a week when I typed this then it fell off real fast. They started only showing up 2 days a week maybe 3 if I was lucky then they never came back and had nothing but excuses. I ran into one of them at wal mart and he said he wanted to work out with me and would meet me up their at 10 and again never showed up. I gave up on them. Most people don't stay committed.

$100 for each person for both routine and nutrition plan? The supps list would be good too, I over looked that. I would keep the supps at the minimum with whey protein, and a multi vitamin.

Ya, I figured I would take it up a notch after a couple monthe and start showing them how to change up the excersizes a bit with hand positions such as overhand, underhand, close grip, wide grip, and start showing them supersets, and 21s and so on. I want to keep it somewhat simple because I know they are out of shape and havn't really been in a gym much at all. I did get one of them to come up to the gym with me for 3 days and he would show up in jeens and work boots and was done after 2 reps on the first set and wanted to move to something els. I tried to keep tellin him to use less weight and do 3-4 sets and 10-12 reps. I started out like that too and I wish I had someone to teach me the rite way from day one. I just had people tell me I was dumb but wouldnt explain to me what I was doing wrong when I first started working out, but I was dedicated and eventually picked it up and learned the rite way to do things and get real results.
