Hormone Panel for Males
ad
I'm going to order this blood-test panel: http://www.privatemdlabs.com/lab_tests.php?view=all&show=1033&category=1...
- Where can I find out what NORMAL levels should be?
- What factors beyond Free Testosterone should I be looking at?
- Will this panel give me estrogen levels

"Normal" depends on the lab that runs the test, Quest uses one value and Lab Corp uses another a "general value is 300-800 ng/dL for total test, not sure of the free and a good value for estrodiol (estrogen) is 20-40. Also your "normal" could differ depensds on how you feel at a certian test level.
When I get the panel, I'll post the numbers. The estrogen was at 198; T was @ 217. And the Dr. wouldn't prescribe an AI. Which forced my hand to get some help on my own.
I am currently on: Test-cyp:500mg EW, exemestane:25mg ED, HCG 5000IU:EW, cjc-1295:200mcg ED, grhp-2:100mcg ED.
I feel better, I look better, I am waiting for the 30day period of this regimen, then I'll get those numbers. I should have done a "Before" and "After"...
If you dont mind me asking what are your concerns? Have you been to see an endocrinologist?
Concerns are Low-T, and high estrogen. But its good to know as much as possible...
sorry for a late reply here. Honestly, your best bet is to see an Endo, at least you can get a medical opinion, even if its something you might not agree with. Post your labs in the pics section and ask for advice. There are some fantastic people on this forum that know their shit and can give you an opinion from a bodybuilding or just quality of life perspective. I have had low T for a LONG time and just recently got on the TRT bandwagon with help from people on this form. I went to the Endo also and am currently searching for another one with an open mind ;-)
Endo = Endocrinologist? Seems so. Good advice; I am looking some up in my area. I guess the key is someone who is "open" to wellness, and not just trying to run the numbers as they are taught in med school.

The female hormone panel is cheaper and will tell most of what you need to know. All of the normal levels are posted when you get your labs back
OK. Seems like a money-saver for me. THX!
