+ 1 Clen and T3 cycle - Best Practices?

Hi there--

Trying to cut down for the summer, doing a hi-lo carb diet with 25 min of HIIT cardio 4x a week. Gotten down from 198 to 185 lbs, trying to shed those last 5 lbs before starting up my next cycle in August.

I have read a lot of places not to use clen for more than 2 weeks, use it 2 days on/2 days off. I have also read the 2 days on/2 days off with t3.

I would also take 200mg Benedril at night before bed to help me sleep and to upregulate my beta 2 receptors. Run untill desired results are nearly reached, and then taper off in the same increments I ramped up.

What's your best practices for using Clenbuterol and T3? Here's the generic info.

Be careful.. t3 is very catabolic if used without the use of aas.. what's your cycle experiance??

What about just using the clenbuterol by itself to avoid the catabolic effects?

Probably best if you just use the clen.. t3 is pretty hard on the thyroid as well. If you were set in running the t3 you could do also a short 8 week cutter with some prop 100-150 eod and put off the bulk for a few months. I am running clen/t3 right now for the last 4 weeks of my bulk with my prop taper, wish I would have done it on a seperate cycle.. just my .02

Done two cycles, 15 weeks on Test Ethanate and Deca, as well as Tbol kickstarter. Would it be better to add clen/t3 to the end of a cycle? I was going to start a new bulking phase in July.

From my experience and research on this, two weeks on and off will produce the best results...as far as the dosage goes, listen to your body. You probably won't notice much until you reach the second cycle so hang in there..just my 2 cents.

What's a good source you recommend? I was thinking Napsgear, but I've heard nightmares that they are usually months late on shipments.

I just got Clen and t3 from naps...id like to start on Monday but Ive read you need to take test to prevent muscle loss when taking t3

So is it better to do clen/t3 in the beginning of a 15 week cycle for the first 8 weeks? I was thinking of doing it before my next cycle to cut up.

Clen CYCLE:
Day 1-2: 20mcg
Day 3-4: 40mcg
Day 5-6: 60mcg
Day 7-9: 80mcg
Day 10-12: 40mcg
Day 13-14: 20mcg

2 weeks on, 2 weeks off for 3 cycles

T3 CYCLE:
Day 1-2: none
Day 3-6: 25mcg (one dose in the AM)
Day 7-10: 50mcg (split into two doses, 8 hrs in between)
Day 11-13: 75mcg (split into three doses, 6 hrs in between)
Day 14-17: 100mcg (split into 4 doses, 4 hrs in between)
Day 18-21: 125mcg (split into 5 doses, 3 hrs in between)
Day 22-25: 100mcg (split into 4 doses, 4 hrs in between)
Day 26-29: 75mcg (split into three doses, 6 hrs in between)
Day 30-33: 50mcg (split into two doses, 8 hrs in between)
Day 34-37: 25mcg (split into two doses, 10hrs in between)
Day 38-45: 12.5mcg(one dose in the AM)

Daily Supplements:
3g Taurine
1g Potassium Gluconate
Max CLA
Colon Care
1g Antioxidant support
1g Vitamin C
1g Omega3
Multivitamin
1.5-2 gal of water

Am I good to go?

I think your good man that seems perfect ...I wouldn't go higher then 100 but your only going up 25...I know idiots that do 200 ...keep in touch and let me know sides...I started at. 25 so well see where it goes

Now I'm beginning to wonder if I should wait until the end of my next cycle in August (instead of doing it now) to do the clen/t3 stack, since I'm reading cramps and muscle loss are inevitable with this, no?

Another thought I had was just to do the clen by itself, but I'm worried I'll get leg cramps.
