Something New to me?

I had an idea and tried it really like it, and thought I would share it...
I took four pieces of the Release alum foil, sliced up a couple chicken breasts thawed a couple swai fillets... sliced up bunch of veggies, I went for portabellas, a red bell pepper, green bell pepper, onion, fresh garlic a lil basil. I took a serving portion of chicken or fish and veggies, wrapped it up, tossed them on the grill for 30min. I didint flip, but rotated them if ya flip juices could spill? I made 8 servings of brown rice(2 per meal)... Put rice in container emptied contents of foil into each container... Grilled shit and rice portioned in containers in like an hour or so 4 meals are cooked. I thought it was good for a change of pace. Been doing pan cooked w/ evoo?

I will use that for sure. My diet is getting bland to me at 8 weeks into this cycle. Its getting difficult to keep eating the volume through out the day.
