How to dose letro as an AI on cycle

EOD or e3d? at what dose?
some consider it too strong to be used as an AI on cycle
your thoughts?

I'm running .50 eod now along with 1mg anastazole to get rid of a slight gyno issue, then its gonna be anastrazole 1mg eod after that. Letro is strong
