ad
I wanna get some b12 in my body on a daily basis so I bought the patches. I heard it absorbs better than the pill and the vials are too fken expensive. Anyone currently on b12? How do u feel and does it help appetite for you?

The pill form is in such a high dose (0.5 to 1 mg or more) you don't need to worry about absorption (caveat: unless you have a medical condition).
I take the pill form.
Gives me more energy and makes me less hungry.
FYI those 5 hour energy drinks have 8333% RDA of B12
sgtstedankoDon't forget the in godly amounts of caffeine & taurine...
The B12 Patch is the best, and most convenient. No needles, very inexpensive, and quick-acting. B12Patch
sgtstedankoStats!? : )
Jeebus! Do you always try this hard @ Shilling your products? How can a patch, be more effective than shots? I'm calling bs. I mean w/a name like b12patch, I'm assuming you're biased. That's like me listening to a guy tell me how great subway is; from a guy named SUBWAY! I'll form my own opinions thank you... No self promotion. Now free samples, to prove it, that's a different story.
I'd pin it, I look for any excuse to pin.. its addictive to me..
telloladeI know what u mean. Getting stuck feels awesome. The pain is an endorphin rush
Man up and put a needle in your ass, or your quad or your delt... LOL I have done b in the past i get a boost for a while then it is like I top put or my body gets used to it and the shots are more painful than the results. I do believe it helps with weight lose though.
i pay 4 bucks for 10ml vials
sgtstedankoI get em $40 {Total} for a 30ml of b12, w/pins, band aids, & alcohol swabs, isn't too bad? I don't think so anyway. If I'm overpaying, somebody lmk. Thanks for hooking it up Tex : )
I take B12 injection 2x a week it give me a little energy boost but nothing to major
telloladeDo you see a difference if your not on it?
