You guys over 40 have a major chance of winning this thing..or at the very least placing high, especially if you're just getting back into working out.
The pot is already up to EIGHT bottles of gear, and it's a great chance to get in shape, show the rest of eroids that your supplier sold you something besides Bat piss, and a fantastic way to lay your hands on some free gear.

Hey Timmy, the link looks to be broke, he changed the page a couple times. Good job on the transformation. I dropped 30 between Feb and July, now I 'm slowly putting it back on as usable muscle:-P Click the link at the top that says "73 bottles in EBC pot" They're planning on another contest after this one.

I'm up there already. I put "over 50 division" in the title as a joke, but it got changed. Using this extra motivation to keep my diet better. I miss those Snickers Ice Cream bars already :-) The work is fun, (except those reverse crunches) I gotta hold myself back and stay with the plan!

2 right goth,been a while since i was on a stage,no need to learn any posing routines either,startin fresh cycle 3rd jan perfect timing man BRING IT ON still reckon i can give the young guys a run for their money.
this is fantastic motivation for all the eroids crew all they have to do is train and eat,no shaving/tanning.
everyone should have a go to see what the gear can really do when you have a goal.
as the romans said LET THE FUCKING GAMES BEGIN.
