Gear left in the Canadian cold for few hours ?
The guy from the post office came last week and left a package of gear in my mailbox, I supposed it was in the morning and I only picked up the poor thing late in the afternoon. The problem is, I live in Canada, where it gets to -40 degree pretty often in the winter time... As it usually does when its left in cold, the gear got quite cloudy and the oil seemed to be much thicker than usual. That has happened to me before but never for that long and it was never that cold either, last Thursday was fvcking cold here ... Ooo minus forty something for sure !
Since then, I brought it back in the warmth of my house. Now the oil isn't so thick anymore, but still looks a little bit cloudy, not much, but a little!
I'd like to know what you guys think ?
Any suggestion besides moving to Florida ?
Thanks

AnonI get a bowl of water.. heat it in the microwave until its bubbly-not too hot though, then allow it to start warming. Im sure you won't have any issues with it..
I wouldn't advise too hot, because there will be a pressure build up.. and I'm quite sure you don't want to open all of your vials right away..
thanks you guys
Northern Geari just throw a damp towel in the microwave for 30 secs, and then i wrap my merky vials in that, and shake them around every 30 secs or so...usually clears them right up.
fuck double post!
thanks bro, that's what I thought too.
When it happened to me before, I put the vials standing in a glass of hot water for like 15 minutes, seemed to worked fine, but after that I read that I shouldn't use water to warm it, I still don't understand why lol any idea?
Nasty81NateWarm it up with a hair dryer and swirl it around

Nasty81NateU can warm it on the stove in a pan of hot water too, just make sure you put a needle in it to relieve the pressure.
Ooo that why they say not to heat it in hot water, pressure building inside the vial, I guess if someone isn't careful enough, the vial can pop open or simply explode lol!
