HGH Injections - Just under skin or in fatty tissue?
ad
What is your method of HGH injection, time of day, and why?
I have seen videos of injections just under the skin, where they spread the skin out, and it leaves a thin lump at the injection sight. Others, simply pinch up some fat and inject.
Is there a benefit to putting it just under the skin? Also what is your opinion on timing your shots, before or after meals, morning, mid afternoon, evening?

you can shoot it IM or SUBQ...personally I like IM.. and it needs to be done an hour after a meal and at least an hour before your next meal. The insulin spike that comes after eating will interfere with the absorption of the GH.
I'm doign 5iu ed now, and I do 2.5 iu first thing in the morning, and then another 2.5 IU around 6pm. I train shortly before bed, so post workout wont really work. I do know that a lot of people like to shoot it PWO, and I would if not for the fact that I usually train from 8PM to 10PM.
In the morning and in the afternoon.
Depends on how much bodyfat you have. If it is very low, where else are you going to put it other than directly under the skin?
You should have a meal directly after an injection, containing easily digestable protein and a good amount of carbs. Whey + dextrose followed by an actual meal is what I do.
tread-mGet it under the skin whether in fat or above it. My bf is low for now so I get the bump sometimes and dont sometimes. Don't massage the area, it can damage the strands btw If you can pinch up fat do so and if you cant just pinch it up best you can and pop it in. Time of day for me is mid afternoon, before or after meal is not relevant IMO. Men pulse natty G at night so to pop too close to bed time could suppress natty for that night. You are peaked in the morni g and at your low point by mid day or afternoon which is where my personal theory comes from. Just my opinion and works for me so you have to collect all the info, science and opinion, and decide for yourself.
