Female new to hgh. Looking to start Kig's

My girlfriend is wanting to start a cycle of kigs along with me. I have been on 5iu/day for 60 days now of IP and have not received any of the sides everyone is talking about, so im going to switch.
Anyway what should she expect, besides the first horror month, in terms of results and what should she try to ramp up to. She basically wants to use it to lean out which after a few months im going to run t3 and liquid clen with her along with cardio/diet etc.
Any females or girlfriend know of thier 1 to 6 month results were and how high they ramped up in terms of IU's. Also after month 1 how did you feel, look etc. Thanks.

this was a quote many years back from a pro female discussing the first month.
Also a year ago she was on it for about 3 months with decent results and the first month was not so bad.
Not expecting overnight were actually starting for summer haha. Im a personal trainer so i know getting started now makes it alot easier when april comes.
Thanks for the info on t4, as both of us will stay away from that unless needed, we just wanted the ultimate stack, and of course as always diet and exercise by far come first.
overall were both looking for weight loss and lean muscle, more weight loss then any.

Anonactually, I have seen that post;-) .. but like I said, the bloat was nothing compared to running some deca and lasted about five days.. the joint pain was ridiculous "for me" and I backed down the dosages.. you'll see a lot of board postings out there where people say.." I didn't see any results" reason being, is they didn't take it long enough.. or if they do have some "results" can it really be attributed to the H at such an early stage or is it all the other changes one makes when putting that type of investment in to themselves.?
H at HIGH doses tends to supress T4..get your levels checked..
AnonFirst off, she doesn't need to take T4 if her thyroid levels are within the normal range so she needs a blood test. Taking T4 when you don't need it can cause irreversible side effects.
Second, maybe I am just missing something but "first month of horrors?"
Third unless she is shredding down for a contest diet and exercise will take care of weight loss.
Fourth, HGH is a long term investment, so any results won't be visible for six months at the very least. She should start dosage at .5 for about a week and move to 1iu.
She should stay around 1iu a day as she isn't bodybuilding. If you insist she might be able to handle 2ius per day but I had nasty side effects. Anytime you up the dosage she should expect side effects. I experienced bloating about the third week but it wasn't horrible ( I swelled up way more when I was on deca). There was the CTS also and some terrible joint/bone pains at 2ius that didn't resolve themselves after a week so I dropped the dosage down to 1 iu and quite frankly since I am using it for anti-aging effects and not body building this is where the dosage will stay.
I feel great although I am running aas as well and that also makes you feel good. Like I said 6 months minimum and I wouldn't take this expecting some major miracles overnight.

tread-mI may know someone that can shed a little light on her personal experience. The start place will be low and the peak should be low as well to prevent problems. Women cannot use near the volume we can and with us T-4 is the thyroid hormone of choice given the T-4 suppression and the need for the conversion. Let me see if I can hunt her down to talk with you about it.

I got my own account so I can chat with whom you know tread so i can get on a cycle and chat with females you know who have been through their cycle and know what results to expect and hopefully can help me! If you get a chance to hunt her down that would be great! I just started hgh at 1.5 a day and taking clens at as well. Censored was saying that peptides will work better with my cycle. So any other new info you can give me would be great! thanks!

tread-mI dont know how much I can tell you on peptides for women. If...big if.....cjc1295 and ghrp6 were to work for you the way they did for me "on cycle" you would love them knowing the look most female personal trainers at my gym go for. They shredded the bhell out me. I mean ripped up like I have not been in many years. Had the diet dialed in hard core and running test and maybe even deca at that time. 10 weeks and I had to stop because all of my bulk was turning into rip and I didnt want that! You would likely love it but it would be a guess on dosage and depending on age you may need some real low level test to supp it etc. Grrrl might can help on the test dose but let me guess on peps for you to start researching. They are polypeptides of course just like hgh. So if we figure women on peak run of hgh compared to men are about 1/4 the dose then we can probably assume that to be the case with other polypeptides. So while m.y saturation on these 2 is around 200mcg's I would think you begin around 50 mcg's. They are not nearly as slow as hgh and results will begin to show in 4-6 weeks and then on the final 4 its like I looked more tone every day until I said I dont want this! I was getting too thin for my liking. In a shirt its like I lost my abilility to stretch it out so I couldnt show off but out of a shirt looked like a bigger Bruce Lee just ripped all to hell. So end of the day a lot of guys would love the look because women love it but I like bulk so I had to leave it behind. Would make a super cut helper to competitive builders 10 weeks out with diet and cut cycles and an amazing womens run if it is as effective with no or low level test...alll I can tell you there about those peps. I just dont have the knowledge for women on almost anything so a little from me and others and a lot from grrrl and you might find what you need I hope.

Anonproblem is that I never recommend any test at all for non body builders.. and NOTHING stronger than avanar for a first second or third cycle, and most certainly NOT for weight loss. There are too many other things out there to take if one insists on going the pill route that just don't mess up the endocrine system like gear does. As far as using test for a woman, unless you are looking to increase libdo and are OLD enough to have lost natty test production there really is no reason to go that route considering the side effects. Since I don't use peptides other than hgh.. I am not much help in that department ;-(

tread-mNot to jump in the middle of a juiced up converstion between you girls but L I just sent your BF a PM about your ghrp6 dose seeming a bit low and I have not heard back from him. As I am looking around waiting for his response I ran into this post of yours and it reminded me that you are also using hgh. Having that be the case and knowing the ghrp6 will also cause growth pulse, I may change my mind on your dose being too low or a bit low. So when I hear from him we'll talk about that. Ok as you were ladies....
Anondid you taper up? That will ensure that you won't get sides or they will be mild. bloating typically lasts about a week. the joint pain, carpal tunnel.. that lasts until your own body adjusts,.. last cycle when I went up to 2ius it lasted so long I dropped all the way back down to .5 ius and I ll probably stay there since I'm not using it on cycle with aas.
thank you so much for the quick reply. i started with 1.5 and been doing 1.5 each day in the morning for 8 days now and felt really tired, and just body aches, and major bloating. So I am thinking of going down to 1 a day and hopefully the bloating with go down. Thank You Again!
AnonYou should have tapered up over the weeks to that dose, no wonder you hurt.. if you come off at any point and jump back on taper up.
i was thinking of doing 1 hgh a day, 50mcg of CJC with dac twice a week, and not sure how much GHRP-6 a day but i am going to try to do 50mcg twice a day. Should i add HCG to this? Thanks!

I am looking for the ultimate stack to become leaner and bulid a little bit of muscle without doing any aas bc of the side effects mainly acne on the face. My diet will be mid to low glycemic and I am a vegetarian also. I dont eat tofu or any type of soy but usually get my protein from shakes, eggs, and seafood. I go to the gym and average of 4-6 days a week with about 15 mins of cardio which i plan to increase each week and about 45 mins of lifting heavy 2-3 mins break bw sets. 6-8 reps to failure.....my bf is a personal trainer.
AnonHonestly, I don't think you need hcg...you already have everything you need to be successful....just do it

Anonno your dosages will never be high enough to use t4.. you would need to have your thyroid checked but hgh doesnt even begin to mildy suppress t levels until you reach 5-6ius ... you would know if you got a blood test and were experiencing symptoms of low t
