Tell everyone the one component of your body that makes you a freak and you just don't care that it is out of proportion because it makes the haters wish they were you! For me delts and traps are what the rest hang under so they have to be insane...I know, pick one....I guess traps, had someone recently say "you look like you have shoulders growing out of your shoulders." They said it as though they were ridiculous and out of proportion....Im thinkin "SAY SUMPN! " LOL I'll stop when they begin at my ears! Tell me what you have, ladies too...

balls!!! i have been told i have big great dane balls, they say its from good jeans but my levis make them itch, oh yeah I also have a big adams apple, it looks like a nuckle sticking outta my neck lol, but if i were to say that muscles i have freakishly big it would be my bi-ceps, i gotta well built chest small frame but big ass bi-ceps

beaviscalves are my best, and I don't even work'em at all hardly. My arms lack though and I pound the piss out of em. could be in my head cause peeps are always saying how big they are.

Traps, chest, thighs. Delts look big because I have broad shoulders, but really theyre avg. Calvs average, arms below, back nice looking but below avg thickness.

No, over all I am avg, I just have wide shoulders, was born with it, that makes my traps and chest look big and over all gives me a nice look. My arms and for arms are small, hardly looks like I work out, I have the thinnest wrists of all then I know, small hands also, but again a nice shape. Also, I am only 5'8, so no matter how much I inject, I will never ever be really big, just wide lol

Let me tell you guys....it aint easy being 5'6" and tryin to match up with a girl who damn near 6 ft...and weighs more than you.

I was blessed with long tendons so my bi, tri and gastrocnemius muscles pop big time. But I'm torn between chest and calf being best. Pushed, I would have to go with calf since I don't have to work them and have always received compliments on them. I did gymnastics in high school (gold metal at state, thank you) so that set the tone for my legs.
Now if only my other guy was a tendon...
When I was 12, I moved to a new school over the summer, and the first day in gym class all the other boys were asking me if I worked out, because my arms were so big. I couldn't figure out why they were saying that. I thought they were small, and I had never worked out before then. Today, I'm 5'6" and I'm closing in on 20" arms....and they STILL look small to me. I'm serious... I think I have reverse anorexia.
To ME, my traps are what look big.
My wife says I'm hung like a horse...but for some reason every time she's mad at me, the horse changes into a field mouse.

AnonDelts have always been freaky you can see arround 15 different lines on each delt muscle.
My best part though which i never train is the quads i used to be 250lbs as a young footballer rofl and i can tell you i got some really big ass legs and can lift for england with them.
For the life of me i cant explode my traps how on earth do you guys do it? Even if i lift 100kgs with them they look scrawny as fuck.
My mate pull's 180kg-200kg shrug's on a olympic bar,i train with him but no way can I match that.At the moment I'm actually stuck on 100kg either on the bar or with dumbell's (2 50ks's obviously).We do them after we've done all shoulder exercise's and they pump up awesome
AnonI use arround the same weight and always used to do them with delts together. I am on day 3 of tread-m regime and with far less weight i can sustain the pump now which was my initial problem. Hope i dont burn the out though. I could propably shrug 180kg too but technic suffers after 150.
tread-mRods tell you how to blow them up in 4-6 weeks and if you do it you'll be back in a month with the results....when you do chest flies after each set before setting down the dumbbells, get 12 shrugs...every set. When you do dumbbell curls for bi's get 12 shrugs before you set them down and when you work shoulders,delts whatever get 12 shrugs.....basically anything you do with dumbbells in that month you get 12 shrugs before you set the dumbbells down between sets....Then you go back to your normal trap workouts as 7Gothic describes to maintain them. 4-6 weeks man...blow your mind I promise. Take a pic before and after.

my traps and bi's are always the first to POP! I look like a fucking avatar til the rest of me catches up... THIS cycle is perfect though, just getting strong and hard... almost don't want to bulk this winter (but i will)
For some weird fucking reason, my glutes are really large in comparison to the rest of me. I ain't even black! I squat very low so it developed quite fast. My thighs are fair in size, but my calves are tiny so it makes my legs look like a chicken quarter (skinny at the bottom, thick at the top).
