If we are talking USA here, clen and nolva are not scheduled substances and technically not customs contraband if for personal use. Because of who sent them, they probably just took the packages on reasonable suspicion. Its not worth it to go get them because you can order the same chemicals from the many "research chemical" companies here in the US for use on your lab rats. There are several of these companies listed in under sources.

Are they even a controlled substance? IMO, don't risk it. Better safe than sorry. Consider it a cost of doing business, just my opinion though

if you dont respond to the letter odds are they cant pin anything on you. Anyoneone can use your info to log into a site. If anything ever comes of it the burden of proof is on them so just deny it. I have one buddy that got 4 orders from the same source seized threw out all the letters and one day someone showed at his door for questioning (FBI, not DEA) and he just said he knew nothing about it and also told them if he were to use he would never trust overseas companies. THe agents left and its now been a few years and nothing.
