That looks awesome
had fajitas today...( not sure what is in fajita seasoning but awesome ) beef w/ a couple corn torts and some guac and salsa.
Mucho Bueno'
tread-mI take one of a couple of different marinades for chicken fajitas and make up about 4 or 5 pounds of fajita meat and eat on it for several day and might throw a low carb tortilla in there once or twice...love this stuff. Another is to use a home food dehydrator and marinade turkey to make turkey jerky....could eat that days until my jaw is tired, terriyaki is one of my favorite marinades there even though I cant spell it!
Northern Gearmmmm ill have to give that a try aswell!
AnonThat sounds awesome.. i gotta find out what a fajita is.. lol
Have you tried a KEBAB? i think they are called Jyro's or Gyro's in the US.. i wish they had them here i love that shiit lol.. Homus and BBQ sauce or Chilly and Garlic..
Its hard to get werstern food where i am.. i wish i could get some Subway or something
AnonI can give you the recipe for gyros bro it is a greek food not from the us. Kebabs and gyros are two different things. You will have to make the dough though for the pitta breads. Let me know if you want and i will get my gf to write it down
AnonI can get my brother to send me some Lebanese bread, have a look at this.
http://365thingsthatiloveaboutfrance.blogspot.com/2011/03/kebab.html this is what we call a kebab down under.. my American friend told me that they call them Gyro's in New York.. I would love a recipe.. I love greek food also i had a good greek mate in high school i use too go to his house once a week just too eat dinner! lol
tread-mYeah subway has some flat bread breakfast sandwiches now too....pretty good stuff! I'm assuming you're not joking about the fajita's so google, you would love fajita meat I'm sure! I will eat beef fajita meat as well ....where are you from?

AnonIm from Aus but im in Asia atm..
TxBigBoyMan I'll tear some fajita meat up! I get mine from the mexican meat market near my house, it's pre marinated. I also like to do stuffed chicken breasts, usually with like brown rice and onions with cheese.
tread-mDamn that sounds good too....ever do that with the cornish hens? God I love those little chickens!
TxBigBoyI've actually never even heard of those but I just found a good recipe on Allrecipes.com Might try it out tonight
tread-mOMG...You're gonna wanna have sex with it so get more than one! Center of the meat isle they have them frozen at wal mart. They are amazing, much more bang for the buck than whole chicken. We usually make them. For company and 1 per guest with sides is a serious meal.
TxBigBoyHellz yea bro, I gotta hit wal mart after the gym anyways, I let u know how it turns out
Northern Gearmy favourites are ronnie coleman bbq chicken! just slice skinless boneless chicken into strips, raw, fry it till the white starts to turn a little brown, and splash some of your fav bbq sauce on it, fry it for another 2 mins, mixing it constant, and BAM the best chicken youve ever tasted! ALSO i know you dont like seafood, but if you get shrimp that already de-tailed and such, like ready to eat type, i fry them with either garlic powder, or cajun, and if you fry them till they are pretty much juiceless and dry, they lose all that nasty fishy taste, and have the texture of chicken, throw that ontop of some steamed veggies and brown rice, and your set my man!
AnonThanks alot mate
My gf says thanks too, shes gonna try the Ronnie Coleman BBQ Chicken out =) i cant wait ..
Too bad shes alergic to shrimp lol haha.. lucky me =D idk i cant stand seafood for some reason.. except tuna
Give them a vote if you find it helpful.PermalinkNorthern Gearim the same way, i choke down a 400g pacific salmon steak once a week...and it is hell! tuna sandwhiches with almost no mayo, and its okay...shrimp is my main source of meat throughout the week, shrimp or chicken. you will really enjoy the ronnie coleman bbq chicken. and for a luagh, check it out http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UpMit8SpqRA&feature=related
