I often see how people here on eroids (espescially in the pictures section) valuate their body fat percentage completely wrong. Bioelectrical impedance analysis is very inaccurate so don't trust these values! For all of you here i got something for you which will definitely help you to valuate your body fat percentage.

i agree on the up to 30% the best is between 15-17% though. i wonder where everyone stands if they used this picture to determine their BF
I like the girl at 25% the one at 40-45% got horrible cellutes or whatever it is called.
