Cutting diet carb cycling

ad

After i Dialed my diet I finally started to lose a lot of my stubborn fat

I was told to limit my carbs to only before and after my work out

I'm 200lbs and carb cycling 200grams 150grams and 100 grams. High carbs on my higher intensity days
My calories are at 3000 accordinging to the bmr calculation I did

Morning fasted cardio as often as I can

I'm eating lots of nuts, olive oil, avocados.

Can anyone suggest other good fats or recipes I can eat to make my diet interesting? I'm eating the same thing day in day out and getting mentally tired

Am I allowed to intermittently eat carbs throughout the day to help give me a boost of energy like fruits?

Or should I just stick to carbs before and after my weight training only?

Thank you in advance for your time

I see some talk about fruit in here. Hopefully this will help you make a decision on whether or not to incorporate it into your diet.

I'd stay away from fruits because they have to go to the liver before the fructose can be used. Depends on body type but I'd say carbs around workout is best bet. Complex. Keep the fiber going all day with green cruciferous veggies. Some sources of good fats: fish oil caps(too much = squirts), macadamia nut oil (higher omega 3 than olive oil), almonds, walnuts, egg yolks for the included micros) that's all you really need

Are you hitting a plateau in fat loss or are you just looking for ideas to spice up a bland diet?

High protein high fat for breakfast, minimum carbs. Think ham and cheese omlet or spinach cheese, you get the drift. Just limit carbs for first meal. Then spread carbs throughout the rest of the day and focus your largest carb intake for Post WO. Then mimimize carbs after that.

Viking says turkey and rice bring home trophies. If you don't have food scale, you can get one and even dial your grams in better.

What's your daily cal/mac plan? Show us, please? Smile

Morning fasted cardio should be producing some awesome results....

Coconut oil is a good fat. As carbs decrease, good fats should increase. Are you planning on decreasing carbs below 100g/d?

I would keep even complex carbs to a minimum, and possibly no carbs at all for later in the evening and after 1400-1500 hours. Maybe just use the carbs in the milk for last carb intake.

Where's Makwa??? Smile
