Execution, form, time under tension, contraction and higher reps are the mainstays in bodybuilding Imo!

Very weird because I do the exact same progression with the same reps and weight as he mentioned to 405 for 1 rep. But will drop back down and do slow controlled reps with 315. 275 and then 225. I mainly do barbell bench press for strength. Dumbbells are where I build most of my mass I believe.

After my work up to a one rep max to look cool for the gym all my working sets are definitely to failure.
