Great series IMO. A lot of people don't like him, whether or not you like him, you got to respect the dedication and results he gets.

RustyhookerNow im hungry again! Im sure you've had pizza on cheat day. Pumps the next day were insane!
Now I'm wanting a cheeseburger at 6:45 in the morning.
LOL.
Ive seen that frank McGrath one on the animal channel. McGrath is the man
RustyhookerQuite a few of his videos are right on. Watching a monster lift always gets me pumped to lift more. Some of them....he's tooting a horn. Lol.
His video about screw the numbers, is one that hits hard for growing.

Great video Rusty and he's definitely spot on in this one!
Execution, form, time under tension, contraction and higher reps are the mainstays in bodybuilding Imo!
RustyhookerExactly! The reason your body is full and thick from all angles is your attack on the weightpile. Plus, your diets on point. You know it and keep the rest of us focused.
Best phrase I've heard him say..."once you put your hand on the bar, every rep counts"
RustyhookerReps, pauses, slow on the drop...it'll wake ya up
Definitely will! Takes what you can "ego" lift and proves what actually works a muscle group...
Good training advice on the bench press.
RustyhookerEasiest distraction that happens to me it its FUN to press that 400 for reps. Fast pyramids just like he describes to show off. It builds strength, but im needing mass. Refocused and added 10 pounds from gym and food changes. It hits home...
Very weird because I do the exact same progression with the same reps and weight as he mentioned to 405 for 1 rep. But will drop back down and do slow controlled reps with 315. 275 and then 225. I mainly do barbell bench press for strength. Dumbbells are where I build most of my mass I believe.
RustyhookerIf its working then do it for sure. I know for me, I just have to push to failure.
After my work up to a one rep max to look cool for the gym all my working sets are definitely to failure.
