Need ideas to change things up in the kitchen
ad
My dinners have been getting pretty consistent over the past several months because I just do not have the time I used to have because of my demands at work. Typical dinners: grilled chicken, mixed greens (veggies, nuts, fruits) for my salads, steamed veggies, baked potatoes at times, sweet potatoes at times, fish: salmon, shrimp....just to name a few. Any ideas on some quick fix dinner ideas focusing on high protein?

BTW you look amazing. What are you using? I'm starting winstrol this weekend. A little scared, but I need to gain and tone.
I am Natty but thank you for the compliment. Keeps me staying positive
Natty? sorry I'm new to all this. What is Natty?
Natty: Natural.
Thank you vhman ;) yes natural
Oh thanks..
Pintrest, Ripped Recipes, various muscle magazines. I've been running into the same problem with mine and my guy's meals. I just get lazy and don't want to redo the math for new food to be honest. But the smallest changes and rearranging make a huge difference. Also, its hit and miss but Walden Farms adds some new variety without the expense of calculations. Plus different marinades and FlavorGod seasonings. I'll attempt to find the time to add some recipes to the What's For Dinner forum.
Thank you for the advice.... flavorGod seems to be the newest trend these days. Didn't even consider pinterest. Havent had the time to go on there in awhile
I have been using flexpromeals.com
Sorry for a male posting but I pay for convenience and good food. No prepping, no cooking, no cleaning. Check them out.
I did an edit and removed the "Ladies"
thanks again
Its cool. Sorry for the stereotype
Most of us women are in the kitchen still these days. I am the same. I will pay for quality. Will check them out. Ty
