Awesome recipe for my favorite post workout shake.
8oz Flax milk or almond milk (unsweetened)
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 1/2 scoop vanilla protein
2 tbsp natural pb
Throw it all in a blender on high for 30 sec and your g2g

I need to try this, it looks good. I already have the vanilla protein powder. I also found a a way to make your own peanut butter with a high speed blender and regular salt free roasted peanuts. I use a Ninja, but I am sure you could use a regular blender on the high setting, as long as it wont burn out, because it takes about 5 minutes or longer. Here it is if anyone is interested:

So I usually pic up some cheap dry roasted peanuts at the grocery store, when I am out and about. I think it is so easy to whip up a batch when its needed, so its fresh. It goes fast, everyone likes it, but I only make small batches. It doesn't have preservatives, so I only make enough for a few days, when I crave it.
