You've warmed up and loaded the plates up to your PB weight.
First rep NP
Second rep Np
Third rep and then you feel it. Like someone jammed a knife into your muscle.
At this very moment your decision is crucial to your AAS cycle
My advice...
STOP, HALT, CEASE, DISCONTINUE
DO NOT FINISH THE SET
DO NOT DO ANOTHER REP
Pack up your stuff and go straight home
Ice that bodypart ASAP
Always treat a tweak seriously, because it is telling you major injury is just around the corner. Remember, the injury will continue to get worse during the inflamation process.
Don't try to be a gym hero on AAS, concentrate on responsible and consistant training and you will achieve your AAS dreams.
