Looking for some new ideas for a boring diet!

Hey guys I would venture to say that most of us eat a pretty boring diet. I personally for better or worse use alot of hot sauce for flavor. It's probably adding more sodium then I'd like too, but I really can't think of some better options for flavor. So how do you all keep your diet from being deathly boring ..

Guys... this is my passion... I love to try to create on the daily ..... if you're really into mexican, roast a few jalepenos or serranos over an open flame, get em good n black n crispy.... wrap in some plastic wrap to let the peppers steam, let stand for a few hours, grab a few avocados, an onion, some cilantro .... peel the peppers, you may wanna use gloves, cause if you go piss and grab the weiner, its gonna sting LoL chop the peppers with the onion, avocado n cilantro... squeeze a half a lime into it, to prevent discoloration ..BOOM fuckin awesome shit .... and healthy as hell for you too '-) ... you can also add tomato or whatever you like, its your menu... put what the fuck you like in there.... no recipe bitchezzzz!!
dude i did that once. the taking a piss part. i must have had a mutant pepper because i ended up having to call the doctor. burned for about 4 days.

Fresh pico de gallo .... instead of hot sauce.... get some cilantro, jalepenos, tomato n onions .... dice, mix and enjoy ..... put that shit on everything.... even yokes ass <----- WHAT?? Nah man, its good stuff.... add some chipoltle if you like it HOT! Chipolte peppers in adobo have some sodium, but not as much as texas pete
