Looking to put on lean muscle.. dont really care if I put on fat I can always do more cardio/cut later.
also have a desk job. work out 1-2 hr a day 1-2 body parts.. how man calories/carbs/protein should I eat per meal. thanks!!
ps just went to store bought lots of chicken/eggs/brown rice/tuna fish/have 100% whey protein. banana, lettuce.
AnonIm not sure lettuce has to many calories to offer! Seriously tho.. Walnuts cashews and macadamias! Nom nom!
AnonOlive oil, cashews, macadamia! Google crushed bulk macadamia u can buy it buy the sack load! Chuck a 4-5 cups of quality nuts with a few tablespoons of olive oil in blender with some eggwhites (u can buy these by the litre for around 4$ a pop in australia, 1L = 180mg protein ) maybe a tablespoon or 2 of peanutbutter and mix up a days worth of smoothie! With a combo like this ur lookin at around 1600-2000 caloris a litre! This is just a base mate u can add fruit.. Sugar.. More fats less fats.. And ur favourite flavours for a wicked mix! The amount of calories per litre usually relies on how weak ur stomach is! And how good ur blender is! Can add enough nuts to make a 3000 calorie oer litre smoothie but normally these are too hard to scoff! Much like eating peanut butter from a jar. Also adding cream to prevent things going too thick adds a shit load of calories! This is obviously s bulkinh smoothie i wouldnt recommend it if ur looking for lean gains
gonna start doing this for sure ha good thinking
google.com search box keywords "cheap bulking diet"
hard to come up with a specific diet w/o knowing more...chicken, oats, ground beef, sweet potatoes brown rice all pretty cheap...avocados natty peanut butter
Oh sure no problem let me just whip you up a diet plan when you don't even know what you're maintenance calories are
Chicken is dirt cheap practically, so is rice, potatoes, pasta, even ground beef. If you don't put on fat easily, 80/20 ground beef is awesome. My absolute favorite meal is 10 oz ground beef mixed in a bowl with 2 cups of rice. Throw some Franks red hot on that bitch! If you're really tryna pack on the size, add a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil. Doesn't get much better than that
I have no idea.. I lift for about 1 hr 30m a day 1-2 body parts, 20m cardio. I work in a office so yeah prob dont burn any calories there.
Whats ur daily calories you burn aday?
