notmarFrom what I read thats recently accepted nutrition wise by individuals like Alan Aragon /Layne Norton you don't need to eat every 2 hours. It's suggested consuming larger meals 4-6 times a day spaced 4-5 hours apart is ideal for protein synthesis.
As stated in Layne's pdf (good read),
http://www.abcbodybuilding.com/protein_size_&_frequency.pdf
As for intake, 1g of Protein = 4 calories; 1g of Carbohydrates = 4 calories; 1g of fat=9 calories. Calculate your current macro-nutrient for protein(x g * 4; for instance, 200g of protein*4=800 calories) and fats (x g * 9) and fill the remaining calories you have available (I can help if you post your weight, etc) with carbohydrates.
For instance, my macro nutrients are split as follows: 237.468g Protein (949.872 calories),444.8g of Carbohydrates (1779.2 calories) 50.05g of fat (450.45 calories.)
Amounts to 3179.522 calories total.
Read up on some information from Alan Aragon aswell to dispel a ton of outdated bodybuilding nutrition myths. Layne also has a youtube channel under "BioLayne," with video logs where he discusses nutrition/along with various topics. A good example would be "Myths about Protein," http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mjmV8BlsJTQ
