Is it recommended to work the same muscle you inject?

I think it helps. Gets the blood pumping and moves things around a little quicker. I've had the test flu a couple times. You generally feel run down and ache all over. But it doesn't last long and seldom causes nausea or diarrhea. If it persists then you likely have caught a bug. It's that time of year. Take a couple packs of emergen C. Always helps me.

Usually pip isn't as bad if you work the same muscle, if you can work through the pain. Hard to tell if it's test flu during flu season. I got it once, only lasted 24 hours. The actual flu will last a lot longer.
