I would like to get a nice thread here on this stuff since it is really not popular(To my knowledge), but as I look it seems like it just popping up more. Other threads on it really jump off topic being compared to EQ or failing to recognize that it is not Test. How would you run it in a cycle? Is it not for beginners? How long would you run it?
