Im on Tren @300 a week. I believe this is why lately I have not been able to get any good rest. What is the for sleeping medication that is highly recommended. Thanks.
they have a lot of over the counter natural sleep aids that work really well, tylenol pm does work but i have heard acetametaphine is bad for liver, xanax is really addictive

Tylenol pm works for me and im doing tren a 500mgs/weekly. Do yur shots daily and you'll be able to sleep much better. Also i've increased my cardio and that has helped me sleep better
yeah it works perfect for me cause sometimes im getting them crazy nightmares and if ive takin a xanax i sleep good and wake up feeling good, as far as tylenol pm everytime ive tried them ive felt groggy the next day especially when you gotta wake up at 4am for work.

Tylenol PM has benedryl in it. So you can eliminate the Acetaminophen which is hard on the liver and get generic benedryl and have the same effect.

xanax is awesome but i have to bum from my friend which is mostly difficult
