Normal test level- symptoms of low T
Ok. Im 32 years old and just had my test checked. It came back 437. Two years ago was 431 so it hasnt changed much. I did run a 4 week superdrol cycle about a year ago so if i did get shut down at least it came back. The issue now is that i have symptoms of low test. Tired all the time, no drive to screw my wife, irritated and anxious a lot and not much drive to lift.
I considered talking to the doc about this but by just looking at my numbers is it too far off to even be considered for trt? What if in my mid to late 20s i was normally in the 700-900 range? Then where im at is quite a bit less than that even though not below "normal". Wtf is actually normal for someone my age? I would think 600 would at least be "more normal" for my age.

clinicly speeking below 300 is considered low but consider a 20 yr old his levels would be 1000-1200 ng/dl and an 80 yr old would be around 300 ng/dl. At 32 yr old and 437 ng/dl you have a strong arguement for trt. personally I am 50 yr old and my level is 485 ng/dl and I think that is too low but becuase of my age I cannot convinse doc to put me on trt. If you do a little more research you may be able to come up with some good arguements for your doctor. Also may want to check your thyroid levels you get the same symptoms from hypothyriodism as low t.
Thats a decent level I wonder if there is something else causing your depression. Are you prone to mood swings or being depressed in general?
Whats your stats? Bf??
5'11 195. Been training since i was 19. Weighed 130 at 19 years old. Competed in powerlifting seriously for about 8 years from the time i was 23. Normally weighed around 218 when i was powerlifting. No cycle yet other than the superdrol. I have a pic posted if u wanna look at it. I have no idea what my bf % is though.
It's a lil low but not bad enough for trt. Might take peek into life stress, diet, vitamins. I'm a chunk older but just stress from work or simple dehydration/diet drags me down. Post your cycle too if ya need help. The vets will help.
You look Nice n lean. I asked because a higher bf can have its effects. Heat/hydration, stress, kids, money are the most common reasons for that bleh feeling. I'll peek at your labs....brb
