Lunch 12p.m. 2 pb&j sandwiches fruit and some water or two cans of tuna fruit and water
Mid afternoon 3-4p.m. 1200 calorie weight gainer shake.
Post workout 7p.m. 32g protien shake, creatine
Pwo meal 730-8 p.m. 12-16oz of skinkess chicken, veggies, and rice

I could use some advice,i trying to take in 3000 to 3800 cals a day i take a shake every two hour, 360 cal,60 grams protein 18 carbs. 6 shakes a day plus i eat around 2 pounds a meat a day .no carbs after five strickly protein. taking 500 mg test e a week trying to do it clean no sugar.no breads.no pasta. fat % down 2 % in three weeks weight the same . am i eating right
Anoni'm new to the site but not new to nutrition. one thing i can tell you (that should save you some money at least) is that the average person can only digest about 30 grams of protein per hour. maybe give or take 5 grams depending on the person (this doesn't mean height, weight, body fat, etc. it means your metabolism directly related to protein digestion/synthesis which would be nearly impossible to figure out). i would split your shakes up throughout the day but in smaller portions. without knowing your height, weight, body fat it's kinda hard to tell you if you're using enough test e. also, no sugar, no bread, no pasta means no carbs. you have to have the carbs in there, too. just google "foods high in complex carbs" to figure out what is "clean" without sacrificing what you need! usually fruits are highest in carbs and have the sugars your muscles need immediately after a good workout. the last thing i would say is experiment with your diet a little. my wife and i changed over to a mostly vegetarian diet and we run a lot of things through our juicer as well. since then her weight has decreased rapidly and mine has actually increased like never before! i guess my metabolism was used to meats for so long that i was able to slow it down finally by "confusing" it!
