Parapharma Test E Vials Pre-Punctured??

Hi all,
Recently received ParaPharma 2 x Testo E 250mg vials from a ranked source on here.
After removing the white cap to reveal the rubber vial topper - I noticed that there was already a pre-puncture. Upon opening the second vial cap, to my surprise, there was also another pre-puncture in the second vial. I have attached images below.
I could almost hear a suction/vacuum noise when I opened the second topper, which I'm guessing is why there was light oily appearance on the second vial. Please help

Not normal, brother. Contact the source privately and show them the pics … they should replace those immediately. I wouldn’t inject a single drop of that oil. Not sealed, not safe.
PS: You can edit the post and tag them, but honestly, it’s better to hit them in PM and get it handled 1:1 and fast.

I got mine in today, no prepuncture, Test E is weird color but ugfreak tested it
Tested it for the compound. Didn't test it for any impurities or other shit. I wouldn't touch any gear that looks, feels or smells funny.
Orange test e is not normal
I emailed jano for an estimate on testing a whole vial for contaminants, bacteria & impurities, to make sure its safe to inject. I am kinda worried about it

Its on UGfreaks page they addressed the color saying via Para Pharmas website the color comes from new sourced raws from India
I mean I would reach out to the source for a replacement or refund

Yeah that's a bit too expensive I think the source should be paying for the contamination test not the customer anyway. I know other people might think it's ok to inject orange test e but I definitely don't

I finally opened 2 vials of test C from another manufacturer and same exact thing. No oil was leaking though. Also just a little darker then usual.
Still pinned and no issues. Was a freebie from one of the promos so not complaining. Opened the other one to verify and same thing. Here its next to my other vials.
That looks super yellow for being test e as well. Definitely get a syringe filter and put it in a new bottle. I would be worried about bacteria if it was left open, I know they use ba to combat that, but still idk. Good luck tho!

Dkoon211You know. Im just thinking i draw with an 18 gauge and it dont do that. Looks to.me.like this was packaging, or possibly when they made the lids they got heat up too much which is why you heard the hissing when you opened it. I mean you can see that the metal tab is melted to the tear off lid. So I bet they put that on while it was hot. Cause no needle is doing that.
Seen this with one source before, I just binned the vial. I wasn't sure if the oil was warm then transferred in then the vacuum made the hole.
Might be okay for one pin but definitely not multiple

I have had this happen with another source a while ago, pretty sure it’s just from a cheaper stopper. Get some syringe filters and transfer if you are concerned.
I’ve never seen one caved in like that before. Can’t even begin to think what they did. Not normal. Reach out to the source and I’m sure they’ll replace.
There was an Ult*** Test E posted recently with the same thing. I only remember because someone called it an inverted nipple. Just realized we're in the forums not sure if I can post the screenshot here by the rules try to crop brand out.

Could just be they source stoppers same place and there was a manufacturing defect there. No idea though. The one I shared was not dark like OPs so different brew it looks like.
