Primo Gains all advice welcome
Hello all, I am a few weeks from my off season. My diet and training will be on point thanks to my amazing coach. My body fat is sitting at 14% I'm ready to grow. Currently reverse dieting and resting. I plan to run primo, starting at 50mg. weekly Will go up if I need to. I've never ran it before so I am running it alone. If I react badly for some reason I will be switching to NPP which I love. Anyway my question is this, what kind of gains can I expect? I am trying to guestimate a date for my off season end point. Where my cut will begin so I will know what month I will compete again. No I do not plan to run primo my entire off season but I do plan to run it as long as possible 12-16 weeks. I have never ran a strong cycle so I have no clue as to how much mass I will be able to build. I'd like to put on 10 pounds of muscle over 6 months, is this delusional? I need advice, tips, pointers. I have never intentionally gained weight. I want the most successful off season possible, I want to grow

Judging on these comments, you're a bikini grl! Tons of bikini girls get away with running just running orals alone.
You ran NPP before, what do you look like now? Primo is not a heavy cycle, at all (but don't take it lightly). NPP is less female friendly than primo. What does your diet look like? What's your training protocol?? These things will determine your gains on primo. You can train your hams, glutes, quads, light back/light delts/light arms on less if you're training effectively. Be ready for thinning hair. Nioxin isn't a solution, but it can help. It may not happen for you but don't be naive about the possibility. Thinning hair around your temples and hair line, and strands coming out nonstop.
For a bikini girl you should be able to make more than enough gains with var. Winny, okay.. Npp? Not necessary. Primo? A stretch but still okay... But at the end of the day, remember what your division requires and take a true look at the work you're putting in. Hopefully you have a coach, ask them for guidance/recommendations.
Just my .02, take it for what it is.. =]
Hey I'm kinda new to running gear for aesthetic aspect but when I was competitive swimmer I have cycled primo a few times. It was the insurance policy of pre season training. Prevents muscle loss, increases endurance and recovery rate but it is not a mass monster. You will grow but it will increase your overall size. I guess as a bikini competitor you are not looking forward to have thicker back and waist size?
When I competed, I got marked down for being too muscular for bikini. My friend ran primo though and stopped at ten weeks because of the sides (hair thinning and voice deepening), said at 50 mg a week, it didn't do anything more for her that a high does of anavar didn't do. She competes in figure though. When I got done with my compition, I was able to put on about seven pounds of actual muscle over five months, so I don't think you are too far off. But I definetly had to gain a little body fat to get it, just now stripping it off to see what's underneth.
I thought you were competing in Bikini.... if not please correct me however to add mass and be muscular is the death knell for trying to get a pro card in Bikini ...I could be wrong though maybe you are going for physique or .... fitness which you don't want to be big either ..
what exactly do you mean by that? 50mg per week of primo isn't what the standard is for strong cycle ... pinning 150-200mg a week plus 50mg/day of acetate would be a solid primo cycle that you'd run for 20weeks.
Primo isn't sold as a "mass" gainer it is a strength builder and over time you obviously, given diet and training, but no one is going to say primo is something you run to "grow bigger." Which, if you are in Bikini you don't want to.
Building mass depends on how much you EAT and WHAT you eat and WHEN not the compound you use... obviously there are some compounds better suited to build mass monsters but it can be done with any compound. I dare say you could build mass without any compounds given your current stats. Eat like you want to gain and train like you want to build some mass.
WadeBEEThat is some solid and 100% legitimate information right there!!! Competitors pay "coaches" for info like that +1
