Guidelines for Calories/Nutrition for Lean Bulk On Cycle?

Hey,
I'm 5'11'', 185lbs, 12%bf, and have an endomorphic body-type. I've been researching, but still confused. How many daily calories should I be shooting for while on cycle? I just went from 215lbs to 185lbs cutting and getting the bodyfat down with a low carb plan. I want to maximize my muscle gains while adding minimal fat. I saw one post that said 20 x current bodyweight is a good calorie level. Is that too much for an endomorph, even with aas? How many of my calories should come for protein, fat, carbs?
