Does anyone have any experience with vitamin B12? How long does it take to see any time of results. Does anyone know what the dosage is?

B12 injection is worthless waste of money unless you have a low B12 level.. Save your money for something else you can inject..
thetdog623837Yeah I injected 100mg a day for two weeks. Got the shits everytime i injected it or ate something containing vitamin b12 lol.
So watch out your dosage
