HCT rebound post blood donation.
Hey bros.
Straight to it, I had hct raised to 53.7% on last bloods.
I have since halfed doses and done a cheeky blood donation but I’m getting fed info from grok and chat GPT stating it will rebound to near enough that again in as quick as 6 weeks time.
The only real life person that really knows about gear that I speak to is one guy here he thinks that’s absurd.
I’m due blood markers again next month (doing them every 8 weeks) so will obviously know more by then.
Curious about anyone else’s 2cents.

Ran test alone at true trt dose 150mg for a year no bloods (that’s worth negative karma, I know I deserve it)
Then done a blast of 400 test 150mg npp (worth negative karma) yes I agree.
Had the odd oral added in and amongs the whole thing.
Unfortunately my info was from a couple mates in the local gym blood markers aren’t a thing to them.
Hard admitting my idiocy in here but you guys are a great bunch.

That seems fast. I don't have anything but anecdote, but I had a draw two weeks after a donation that came back 41%. 2.5 months later, running 400 EQ, 600 test, and 250 NPP, it was up to 45%. Another three months later, as I tapered off everything, it was at 48%. Since coming off that blast it has sat around 45%.
That gives me hope tbh.
I need at least trt to have a decent quality of life so if everything else is off the cards it’s shit but not life altering, I just want more! Haha
