Milk thistle and Liv 52 dose

I'm planning Anavar and test prop with my next cycle and my understanding is I should start taking these a month before I start but I'm not so clear on what the dosing should be. Can anyone help me out?

Thanks all! This is a perfect example of what I mean. Everyone seems to do their own thing. I've yet to see a clear protocol for this.
Just started taking liv 52. I am taking 2 pills 3 times a day. I just take the milk thistle 1 pill once or twice a day. Was using tudca prior(Aegis)
take 1 milk thistle tablet with each anavar tablet you take, and take the recommended dose of liv 52 before bed!
cbrant10I heard that you can take milk thistle before and after a cycle but I also heard that running it during is fine as long as you space out the liver support and anavar 4 hours apart. As for the dosage I am not sure for Liv 52 but milk thistle should be around 800-1000 mg.
