supps to help with shortness of breath from tren?
ad
I noticed in the gym today I my shortness of breath got pretty intense. I was having to just chill and catch my breath between sets. I may aslo add I just started 1mg of supertren 5 days today. My question is has anybody used bronkaid or clen to help prevent the effects tren causes on the lung?. Also I'm not incorporating any cardio just a 10-12 minute low intensity warm-up on the treadmill.

i just got done running tren and i took singulair and advair. i had no issues at all with my breathing but i lost all my endurance on the tren :(
Beta-2 agonists will not help.
You need to use singulair, or another Leukotriene Modifier. It blocks the Leukotriene receptors in your lungs, eliminating trenbolone sides (which are due to increased prostaglandins) such as wheezing and shortness of breath.

I hate to bring this up but we used to use stimulants to help with that. Helped with a lot of other things in the gym and ring as well. I'm not saying go find amphetamine but there were no supps
I hear ya Nitti. I figured some clen would help I just don't like it. Clen takes me a few days to get used to it where my heart is pounding even at 20mcg. It's weird tho cause I usually am a little winded but that one day in particular was just too intense(why i decided to make this thread). I think Im gonna check out the albuterol to have on hand in the future on some ephedrine... Thanks for the help. Your response made me think about moms against meth....lol +1
Try and get a salbutomal inhaler or some vendors stock the tablets.I sometimes use the inhaler when it gets tight as it opens the ventricles up in your lungs enabling you to breathe better
I unfortunately don't have an inhaler. Well I have access to one but they need it. lol thanks for the help +1
If you can, take the albuteral as suggested. I have found that the energy from it is very clean and will not give me headaches and the jitters like clen does. TB500 is awesome for soreness and it does give a bit of cardio boost as well. But overall, tren is going to make you huff and puff. There isn't any way around it. (Sorry)
I really dont get too winded from tren, Then again i don't do any full blown cardio on it. It was really a one time deal that I was like shit wtf! Thanks for the help +1
Thanks for the input guys. I've been on this tren blast for the past couple weeks and yesterday something just hit me like a stack of bricks on my chest. Im def gonna try and get my hands on some albuterol. I actually have a breathing machine with the liquid albuterol packs. Is there a difference or is that just something completely different? +1's for everyone that helped!
The albuterol packs(liquid) are just a higher dosage amount that is used in conjunction with the nebulizer. This is what they give you in the ER if you suffer an asthma attack. If asthma is a huge issue like it was with me when I was younger they'd give you the machine to be used once/twice daily at home. An inhaler is a fast-acting dispersal of albuterol not nearly the same amount. I although have great success with just puffing one or two hits off the inhaler before working ou (like ten minutes prior)...really helps with the issues running tren but it doesn't eliminate it 100% either. If you can't get hands on an inhaler the nebulizer is just as much and probably more beneficial to use with the higher dosage...I'd recommend an hour to 30 minutes before you hit the gym. And just an FYI you probably don't even need to use the full amount maybe like 5 minutes on the machine...sometimes the deep breathing and medicine causes a bit of a light-headed effect but this should be gone by the time you get to the gym hour...hour an half later. I will finally mention that pre-workout formulas with nitric oxide really help as well since you get the benefit of vaso-dilation of blood vessels which help with oxygen delivery from lungs throughout your body.
Not exactly sure what the albuterol packs are. PM me if you need a source for Albut.
they are for breathing treatments and use with a nebulizer. fr sent
Albuterol may be the better option if you are just needing something to help get you through your workout. Take it PreWO and it will be out of your system by the time you go to bed, but you will definitely notice the effects during your workout. If you are looking for more of an all day type of boost then clen would fit the bill. I have a hard time sleeping while on Clen and my heart feels like it is going to beat out my chest so I don't mess with it anymore. I have converted over to Albuterol and think it is more effective and has less sides.
Fuck clen, go with albuterol, massively boosts my cardio fitness without any side effects that I normally get from clen, run it at 4-8mg every 4-5 hours or so.
you get used to it, trust me. Clen helps.
I'm doing clen on tren and it helps me out. I heard of this peptide called TB500. It is good for cardio performance along with a number of other benefits. They give it to greyhounds and horses for racing.
Thanks boss. What dosage of clen do you seem to be effective? Im not a big fan of it but would use at a lower dose.. I've done a little research on tb500 but dont recall the cardio benefits. I'll have to go check that out. Appreciate it
I was talking with buff badger about it and he told me of the cardio benefits. He was saying he had that effect when he ran tren and tb500. As far as the clen I am just running a single pill about an hour before the gym to boost me energy wise and I felt like my wind was good. I never felt tired. Always sore as shit but not lethargic and sucking wind. LOL
