Nolvadex-gyno reduction possible

So I may, MAY have a small lump in ny right pec. I'm.unsure yet seeing how I'm still cutting..my.quedtio.is, has anyone had success removing it.with.nolvadex?
My mother had breast cancer for years and took nova at 20mg for around 5 years and it literally destoyed almost all of her breasts. She practically has pecs now.

Letrozole is best compound to completely reverse gyno. Use nolva during cycle to prevent gyno not after to erase it..
UFOAgree with the letro but you could use that during cycle for serious estro problems, I had to. And there are so many better AIs than novla which is a SERM...I also use novla after cycle during PCT.
UFOYes, novla takes care of gyno. Give us more info if you want help dude, are you currently on cycle? If yes what is your cycle? Are you taking an AI? I assume no if gyno is an issue. Are your nipples sore and tender?? It may also be just a fat deposit which will go away with time. Give me more info and ill try and help
