I've heard of guys actually breaking it. Mine was more of like I dunno...sprained lol. Like stubbing a toe but with your dick. It was pretty swollen for about a week or so. Like having a constant chubby. Kind of tender to the touch. I went to a doc a few days later because it was uncomfortable. He said luckily no surgery was needed just ice and rest it lol. Some guys damage the tissue so bad they need surgery to piece it back together.
