So i have a few guys locally taking tadalafil for gym pumps. These guys do not train hard and basically have dad body's. My thought process is if you are not ripping the muscle from training the extra blood flow is not doing much except a instant gratification of a fuller muscle belly. Anyone have a greater insight of doing this and if so what would be the dosage?
Needing tada for a pump shows your carbs and gym are off.

I actually take 5mg daily along with my supplements and it keeps my blood pressure nearly perfect. Added benefit of being a horny bastard and get hard anytime on command lol!
