Deep oil fried with a toasted bun. Sorry to jump in just got my taste buds having a flash back of an old place that would only fry hotdogs

Gotta be a good beef frank tho. The run of the mill lips and asshole dog doesn't fry very well

They had to put a small slice thru the skin so they wouldn't explode. Miss that place. Hadn't had one in years.

Freshly caught rainbow trout , rice and green beans for dinner. Light flower coating on the trout. Real good stuff
Me and my girlfriend did a lot of trout and tiger musky fishing this summer, she had never fished before now she begs me to go fishing all the time.

Was out on the river for about an hour before lunch. We caught around 25 trout, only kept 8. You got to get the adolescent ones before their bones get too big. That way you can fillet them and eat everything without worrying about picking the bones out. It's got a mild taste, no fish flavor. The older fish taste a bit better but the younger ones are way more convenient.
Caught them before noon and ate them at 6ish. Can't get fresher than that
