My son and I had an eating contest once and we had a 12 egg spinach and cheese omelette/big ham steak and hash browns, He finished way before me but I did finish it all.

I got 60 mls unopened. But I keep them in the fridge. I mixed my hcg with it. I have a few hundred ius of hgh I'm planning on using it with too. I'll probably throw the water away after the new year just to be safe
