I think that is the biggest crock of shit bioscience theory ever, front loading. Just a waste of oils, no real benefits.
I will front load eq double the dose e3d for two weeks prior to the onset of my cycle and it makes a huge differece

RustyhookerI enjoy front loading sustanon. Eq front loaded I get back pumps a lot earlier. Sustanon without front load you're relying on 30 mg of prop to carry your load. Normal beginners hit 100 eod of prop. I've run 100 ed a few times. 30 mg ed with tren at 75 is sweet.
But back to front loading. I run sust for the long ester. Or just like eq you have week 9 til esters boom. So with last cycle and no front load I ran npp at 300 per week with prop as needed. Most folks font want to wait 9 weeks to get the kick. But that's the fun with eq is long cycle. Cry havok

Sust:
You got that phenyl prop in there. Carry you for 3 days. I've ran it eod I guess in beginning but then tapered to a larger 2/3x week dose of sust. Front load? Maybe. I guess I sort of did that.
I'm just not about to front load deca or tren. 19 overload then the dicky don't work. Kick with an ace or inject npp every 3.5 days
RustyhookerFully agree on nor frontload and not trying it. So many ways to get the cycle done. Everyone responds so differently that it's a lot of trial and error. Makes growing fun!
sust is my best friend.. when I run a 16 week cycle of sust I will do 100mg of prop ed for 4 weeks the the other esters in it are kicking in enough to take over. also when running decca I will runn NPP for 5 weeks till blood levels are elevated enough . I pretty much have done this on most of my cycles it works for me
I do the same with prop when I am running sust but at much lower dosages ;-) and eod or e3d

Well said. I've also tried kick starting my cycles with short esters. Dont care for it. I'm a long ether person. I love the build up and anticipation as they start working.. Different strokes for different folks. Lol
MightyMatt812I like long ester myself also but I love npp last cycle I ran it for 8 weeks and absolutely love the compound I plan on running sus this cycle coming up tho never used it before
