Jman225Also its my first time ordering, when it doesn't send a confirmation email should I still send the payment, the first time I got a confirmation email but I messed up my order but when I got the confirmation email it gave me a different name to send the money to, which one do I use?
Danny Boyas for the name, you send it to the one that is updated... say you put your order in scroll down the page to review your info and there will be a drop down box labeled " Receiver's Manager Full Name: " click the drop down tab and that will contain the name of the person you need to send the money to... make sure the spelling is correct and the funds are made to be picked up in USD.
Danny BoyYou'll get your comfirmation email after they have collected funds... usually a few days, around two, three at most...then you'll get your track number and that's it....
Open a ticket on the website and ask.

I've finally managed to log into Napsgear.org, but I can't fill in the data of the order I placed just before the old website went down. Luckily I have both order nb. and payment data, so with a little patience things ought to work out.
Update:
I spoke to online support staff who told me I could fill out the original payment data after checking out again, so this is what I have done, and things seem to be working out fine.
All PMs will be answered Monday -Tuesday. I posted before that the old ticket system has been archived. We installed the new support software version, it can not be integrated with the older previous version so you will have to register on the support page again. Our support staff has access to your old tickets and will be able to check them if necessary. The website login details remain the same, you can use them to log in and check your orders history/progress.
Naps... can you accept my friend request? I have an order I want to place and need to ask you a question first. I've placed three in the past but this one is a little larger and need some clarification. Thanks

That I can't comment on, however with any new system there are always bugs that have to be worked out. I have placed more then one order, and it.always comes through, I wouldn't be concerned with them, they aren't going anywhere.
