Oh mah gaahd naps is down, help! Haha but seriously naps come back to us

Website is working fine for me? Just placed and order and got my e-mail confirmation from Naps in less than 30 minutes........So far fro me that was pretty easy. Hoping for less than 14 days but either way prices are fair and process was easy.

Last email I received from naps was stating they picked up my western union. Haven't heard back in about 3 days. Banner said users would receive and email if the domain name was changed but again have not gotten anything. Are the orders still going to be processed? Although I ran a domain name check and it said the website was still up. Idk

I can't access the site at all. Tried from different computers on different services. I saw the banner that they may be losing their domain name but they said they would email all of their registered customers. I hope someone from Napsgear can come on and update us. I sent payment on an order that needs to be updated.

I'm having a strange experience with my latest order. I placed the order, went through the checkout procedure and received a confirmation along with an order number.

I then proceeded to arrange payment and returned to my computer in order to fill in the required data.

However, this proved impossible because when I clicked the URL in the confirmation mail I arrived at the page containing the data from my previous order several months back. That order has long since been completed so it surprised me to find that data still there since there's no use for it, I thought it had long since been deleted.

At the same page I could also see a link to checkout from the order I was there to complete, which also surprised me since I checked out after placing the order (which is how I was given the order number). I clicked the link and it took me through the checkout procedure once again, though without my having to fill in any data.

I tried to find out how or where to complete the order, but each time with the same result as I've described above here.

There has been no Live Support available when I've visited the website these past couple of days, so this morning I sent a ticket describing the situation and asking for further directions. I've checked for a reply during the day but haven't yet received any.

The payment time limit is about to run out. I've payed but can't proceed to provide the data, so now I'm starting to get nervous which is why I decided to post here and ask if anybody has had the same experience and/or knows what to do.

Ps. I see others have been having problems with the website as well. For me the problem hasn't been that it doesn't load. It does. But the right page never comes up, and it just seems strange that pages that no longer should be active still appears (such as an old order overview and a checkout procedure that's already been completed). It makes me wonder if perhaps something is wrong. I hope somebody who works at Napsgear will be able to update us sometime tonight.

I hope they came quickly....

How long does it take them to respond when you submit a ticket? I've been waiting for an email for 2 days now.

So weird. I recently placed 2 orders back to back. About 6 days apart or so. The second one I placed is in New Jersey (cleared ISC New York) and looks to be on it's way, but the first one I placed is still stuck at ISC New York and has been since the 2nd. I have never ordered 2 orders back to back. I have gotten packages seized by customs but non of the seized packages ever got scanned at ISC New York. Does anyone know if my first package may have been seized? I thought once it got scanned at ISC New York it has cleared customs?

Who got in on the Andro mix? I was thinking eod or e3d.
