Lol. For the record my problem came up before their site went down. Still I'm gunna give them a chance to reply to my ticket before I review.
No one is shitting on them just want some answers. Some of us don't spend our days studying naps website. . I'm low on gear and cant afford a long delay... maybe YOU should calm down.. anyway others have answered the questions your input was not needed...

About 2 or 3 years ago they had a massive shutdown or something. Hundreds, literally. Of orders stopped shipping. I just chalked it up to a loss.
About 6 months later my pack showed up. If anything-it showed me they are true to their word.

To those worried about the site being down: For a while now they had a message on their home page stating that the domain could go down at any minute and that if/when that happened they would get it back up and running at a new domain ASAP and your accounts will all be intact and accessible with your normal username/password combo. I have an outstanding order as well and am not worried one bit. They also stated that they would email all users in a timely fashion the new domain name. Worry not my friends....they love our business as much as we do.

I remember seeing the alert. My worry is only that my money may be lost, not because of anything to do with Napsgear but because I can't inform them about the payment and the time limit has already been passed.
But you're right, it ought to be okay. Yeah, it's just me being a bit nervous because this was my only online purchase.
They had posted on the website that if for any reason the website went down, that they would send out an email to let everyone know of their new domain.
Naps has been great for me. Big money order 3 days ago I'm confident they will come thru.

Hey guys when the site was up there was a banner at the home page stating that the site may go down, and if and when it does Naps would contact members with current orders on how to establish communication with them. Also have you guys tried to Pm the rep? I'm sure all will be fine guys, Gota have faith in Naps!

I sent them an email and got a 'Failure Notice' response, saying that their mail server was down. I hope they get back up soon. I've sent payment and can't give them the info.
