Same exact thing with mine! Never moved since Nov 4th. I contacted naps and let them know. They asked If I could wait and I said no problem. They sent another pack on Nov 25th which was delivered yesterday. The one from the 4th still hasn't moved. Must've got lost somewhere.

funny i just posted this. Being lazy and didnt look before. I had one Sit 30 days not leave still hasnt left got credited. I got one that has been sitting at origin for 9 days now. hasnt moved. weird.

Yeah mine said that for a couple weeks then moved like lightning lol. Went from origin country accepted to a stateside city then to my house in two days. Think sometimes the pack doesn't get scanned at all stops.

For some odd reason the company refuses to add us to the official distributors list although we order direct no matter what anyone says. They say more orders have to be placed before they make sure we are good etc. I have no clue what’s going on. We really wanted to coop with them.
