I honestly don't know? I found napsgear on here in June 2015 I think? That was my first small order to test the waters. At that time I believe it was a different website then it was updated? If you run Linux, you can see that it gives a 301 code. That means redirect

Napsgear support is pointless. They tell me to do something, I do. They say it's not good enough and to do something else. I do, no matter what, napsgear seems to be horrible when it comes to a problem.

Hey everyone! Has anyone ever got stuff from Naps that had tiny little specs of black stuff. Not a lot of specs but like 4 or 5 tiny little particles of something in their Dragon Pharma bottles?

I've had packs sit there for 10 days, one for over two weeks. Always got them, nerve wracking though isn't it!!?
My pack has been stuck in origin country customs for 2+ weeks. I'm curious, did it show up randomly or did the tracking update for yours?
sometimes it just randomly shows up. eventually updates. the usps tracking system isn't accurate. I've stopped checking tracking updates unless it's been more than a couple weeks, I might check on it then. Sometimes they're right. Sometimes not. It's worse in other countries, so if the origin hasn't updated, I really worry about anything. Could take a month to get there, it's a postal issue, not the source.
Thanks for the response. I know it's not the supplier and I haven't even contacted them about this. From lurking I read, shipping time can be pretty random but it'll be alright eventually. I guess it's just the first time this happened to me so I am curious.
