I think it is also up to us members to downvote those reviews when we see them and also to be sure to upvote good reviews to encourage people to post them.
Definitely something I haven't kept up with, I used to upvote as often as I seen them.
When I pop into the review section if I see some good reviews I'll give a thumbs up. Even if it is a good review I first check stats though to see if they are just a youngster or don't have any posted. If either is the case I don't even thumb it. Just seems to encourage the youngsters and if someone can't even put up stats in the first place they don't deserve any karma. At least thats how I see it anyways.

Do a google search for "dimethylamino illegal." About the 6th and 7th hits down you'll see it is used in a synthetic narcotic, a newly listed as of 2015 psychoactive opiod. Maybe you ordered something that had this ingredient in it?
