Idk why everyone keeps asking why their pack says stuck at origin an whatnot bc this happens every year at this time. It's sitting in a huge bin waiting to be scanned in bc their are so many other bc of Christmas and or it got nabbed just like normal months but this is the game we play. Not trying to be a dick but this happens every year this time but ppl still ask every year lol I don't get it. Mine sat 20 days before it just updated now it's moving
I still have a pack from May saying it is in country of origin. The reship arrived in 8ish days so sometimes stuff does get stuck or basically lost. I do agree with you though that around this time stuff will definitely be slower and if the pack is still at country of origin after 30 days contact customer support
Wow since may? That's long I've been having a package sitting at origin post since oct 25th and i just got a reship 5 days ago hopefully both packages make it to my destination
Yeah that could happen stuff gets lost all the time and what not but yes definitely contact them if it's over 30 days because that means something's wrong but yeah the same thing happens every year around this time and people freak out LOL but pretty much like you said naps will take care of it I mean they reship promos lol they don't have to do that but they do that's why I don't freak out when stuff happens you know because they always make it right. Well at least that's been my experience

Na this is different man many of us in same situation many packs that "shipped" around 4th and 5th of november never moved, naps realized something was up that's why he started doing reships no questions asked

Not preparing to ship ... "Origin Country", Acceptance. For nearly two weeks ... yeah it's the first time.
The only time I had it say acceptance for that long was when an "error" was made by the shipper.. it was a different source tho. Good chance you might end up getting a reship. Which lab was it ?
It was GP ... small promo pack ... yeah I'll give it a few more weeks and let them know if it doesn't update ... I figure there may be something off ... thanks

No it only states "Acceptance" ... this isn't my first rodeo. I've checked several tracking services ... There is no preparing to ship status update for this pack ... I've seen that before. Hence the initial inquiry.
okay I didn't say it was your first rodeo so I don't know why you're getting defensive but from what I seen everyone was referring to the origin country preparing to ship so that's what I commented on not whatever you were talking about

I've been ordering for about a year from them and all mine have come in very quick for international with exception of my first order, which was lightening fast and around busy time of year last year.
My recent order a week or so ago was brought in and within an hour passed to customs and then "held" by customs update within a minute later.
I'm sure its like you said but after several orders with not seeing anything like this it does give you a little "wtf" process to work with plus its Christmas Holidays and I've been pretty darn good to say so myself. lol
The update "held" by customs after the update of passed to customs is the only unnerving thing about it.
No bid deal though, I will wait it out plus I placed a domestic order recently to tie me over, that should arrive fairly soon in the mean time.

I've had it say held by customs twice once it got caught the other time it passed, just depends on how hard they look an can even be if the inspector is having a bad day and just let it pass but like I said it's all a crap shoot and always has been and will be. It's probably always a 50/50 chance no matter what and this is the chance we take and ppl need to understand when ordering int.

Its always a risk when ordering in general much less international.
Have had great success thus far and I would be VERY concerned if it was held by customs locally for me rather than in the country of origin.
Just the first time I've seen updates like that and I've heard EMS has/was being a bit problematic not long ago.
If I recall they do have a reship policy for most countries anyway so again less concerned than most but was intrigued by the oddity of the one update.
