+ 1This review is for SUPPDIRECT.COM, it is long over due but a true review is never too late. This was my first time buying from SUPPDIRECT and like any first time buyer I was nervous..skip all the small talk. I ordered two products: AS Labs XXX and Zion Labs Clenbuterol 40mcg. The clem was for someone else so I can not do a full review on it.

The communication was on point. I had a couple issues and they were solved immediately. They kept me informed from as much as needed. From order time till money pick up was less than one full day and they informed me what was going on. Besides that I had no further need for contact.
From the time I placed the order to the time it arrived at my door step (state side), Id say it was roughly 2 weeks give or take a few days. I wasnt expecting it and was surprised it was here already.
Everything from contact to product quality was great. I will be seeing this company again.

+ 2This review is for a an order made with supplements direct. The content of the review should be used to steer any readers ultimate supplier choice decision. This order was the first order I've made personally with SD, however they were recommended by a friend - hence the decision to instill a little trust (usually a creature of habit).

I can honestly say that the efficiency and total system management with SD is second to none. You're kept fully up to date with every stage of the buying process and informed about stages you'd never expect to have been.
I've listed the email communication and times below. For protection of both SD and myself I've omitted any dates from the list and replaced With the day number.
Sign up welcome email - Day 1, 21:41
Order preparation email - Day 1, 21:44
Order complete email - Day 1, 21:44
In packing email - Day 2, 22:47
Shipped email - Day 2, 22:47
At no stage did I feel the need to have to chase up this order as I was more than adequately informed and updated. I'm a firm believer that communication is a business critical element of any organisation and SD seem to have this embedded into its own foundations.
Delivery occurred on day 4. In my opinion the delivery timescale was fair, any longer and I'd probably not be writing that, having said that this did go to my work address and this may have been sitting in the internal mailing/processing system for a day.
The packaging is where SD score the 5* rating in this section. I'd placed heavy emphasis on the need for discreet packaging as this was coming to my workplace and not home address. It landed on desk and i'd say I've received letters from my nana which would be considered more conspicuous than this. Tremendous job!
Finally then and as an overall summary what you can expect from SD is consistency, legitimacy and efficiency. I'm not one for writing reviews but credit where credits due, when a source pulls through someone needs to shout about it.
My only suggestion would be for SD to email folk when the parcel has arrived, which will compliment their already exemplary communication service. Top class customer service from SD, which I guess means you can say these guys are a SafeDeal!
